So HotDocs has wrapped up after a fantastic festival this year. The good people over at BlogTO posted on the festival awards and audience awards.
But don’t let your guard down! Festival season is just kicking off! There’s what’s coming up. Read on for details!
The feature of this week’s Film Finds is the first annual Hong Kong Film Festival, co-hosted by University of Toronto’s very own Asian Institute. We’ve previously posted about it here. It kicks off this week on Friday May 4th.
Another film festival happening this weekend is the 15th Annual Toronto Jewish Film Festival.
Yet another festival kicking off this week is the Over The Top Festival. For the first time this year, they’re adding a film component to their festival, and it’s happening on Saturday May 5th.
We’re going to try a new format for film finds. Typing out details of each film takes me too long, so I’m just going to link to them. If you liked the old format better, leave a note and let me know.
