If you’ve never attended a Hart House Community Kitchen event, then you’ve been missing out.

The Community Kitchens at Hart House occur once a month, when 20 students, a Hart House chef and a specially selected guest speaker convene in the Hart House Kitchen to create a meal and share ideas. The Community Kitchens are hands-on workshops that engage all the participants in the process of creating a full, delicious and nutritious meal.

The next community kitchen event is Tuesday November 13. The theme is “All Day Breakfast: Taste all the delicious possibilities to start your morning, giving you no excuse to ever miss this most important meal of the day.” I hope there are still spots left!

When: Every once a month. Next one is Tuesday November 13. 5:00pm - 8:00 pm.
Where: The Hart House Kitchen. It’s bit of a challenge to find, so you should probably ask the front desk.
Details: Participants are asked to contribute $5 towards food costs. Sign-up at the Hart House Porter’s Desk. Here’s their facebook group.
