It’s time to do something about the environment. Find out what is really going on and how you can help at Climate Catastrophe and Social Justice, part of U of T’s science week. The conference will feature speakers and workshops, and topics covered will include water justice, agro business/food, climate racism, sustainable solutions, and others. The presentations will feature expert speakers from each field:

• Greenpeace (tar sands, nuclear energy)
• Ecojustice (law reform)
• Professor Doug MacDonald (in-depth political analysis)
• Professor Paul Hamel (militarization and corporatization of campuses)
• Professor Danny Harvey (climate change science)
• Professor Dorothy Goldin-Rosenberg (toxicity and health)
• Friends of the Earth Australia (climate camp)
• and many others
