On the Radar: ASKme and Tuning into Tumblr

This week on the web: This week was a VERY slow week on the internet. Probably because school is right around the corner and any talk of it will only reaffirm the end of summer. Today we’ll be bringing you information about U of T’s new ASKme program (just for the first years) and the latest ramblings from the blogosphere.
ASKme: During the first few weeks of school, there will be ASKme ambassadors all over campus. They’ll be wearing blue buttons which say ASKme! These people are taking time out of their day to talk to first years and answer any of their questions. They genuinely care and want to help you. Ask them for academic advice, directions, and nuggets of wisdom – they can tell you everything but your fortunes! That you have to make on your own.
