I didn’t know what Cinco De Mayo was… so it was the “build your own burrito” that really caught my eye.
May 5th, 1862, 4000 Mexican soldiers defended the city of Puebla against an invasion force of over 8000 in a battle worth remembrance … May 5th is known affectionately throughout the U.S. (and North America) a Cinco de Mayo — a day of celebration and fun. The ISC would like to invite you to join us as we celebrate Cinco de Mayo, with a fun-filled workshop and demonstration on how to make a burrito.
Sounds like fun indeed!
